Information we collect

If you use the contact or private preview request form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, organization, interest category, role or perspective, website or portfolio link, follow-up interest, preview acknowledgement, and reason for requesting access. We also use basic anti-spam signals such as a hidden form field and elapsed submission time.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics may collect standard web metadata such as pages viewed, browser/device information, approximate location, and referral source. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through public website forms.

How we use information

We use contact and private preview request submissions to respond to messages, research participation interest, partnership inquiries, early access requests, and manually reviewed private preview access requests. We use analytics to understand whether the public website is useful and working as intended.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, security, email delivery, and related website operations. We also use Google Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Private preview viewers may also be directed to third-party services such as video hosts or Google Forms for feedback. These providers may process information only as needed to support the website and services described in this notice.

Retention and deletion

Contact form messages are delivered by email and may be retained as part of normal business correspondence. Operational logs may be retained for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact contact@kaldium.com.
